Pool Fence Permits
The Municipal Law Division regulates enclosures around private outdoor swimming pools and issues permits in accordance with the Township's Pool Fence By-law.
Please note zoning certificates are no longer required as part of the process to obtain a pool fence permit.
All Enclosures (fences) must comply with the Township's Pool Fence By-law. For further assistance, please contact the Township office at (705) 487-2171.
