Facility capacity: Upper floor capacity is 115 persons with chairs and standing, 90 persons with tables and chairs or 90 persons with dining events.
Lower floor capacity is 60 persons standing room.  Total building occupancy on both levels is 150 persons.​

  • Jarratt Community Hall Weekday Rental (full day): $203.50/wk day full.
  • Jarratt Community Hall Weekend Rental (full day): $339.00/wknd day full.
  • Cleaning deposit: $250.00 Tax included per day
  • Key deposit: $25.00 Tax included per day​
