Multi-Purpose Space

Our spacious multi-purpose room is ideal for a variety of activities including but not limited to meetings, fitness classes, community gatherings, and small private events such as birthday parties and celebrations.
Please note: Alcohol is not permitted in this space. Additional fees may be applied (e.g., insurance, staffing, deposits).

Gymnasium

The gymnasium is available for rental by community groups, sports organizations, and for private events such as birthday parties.
Additional fees may apply, including insurance, staffing, and deposits. Access to equipment may be available upon request.

Please note: The gymnasium is a full-sized high school gymnasium (double gym) shared in partnership with Horseshoe Heights Public School throughout the week. A single gym rental refers to the use of one side of the double gymnasium, with the partition wall closed to separate the spaces. A double gym rental provides access to the entire gymnasium (both sides). During double rentals, opening the partition wall is at the renter’s discretion.

*Insurance is required for all rentals. It can be provided in one of two ways:

• External Insurance - supplied by the renter through a third-party provider.
• Township Insurance - added as an additional fee when completing the rental contract

* Please Note that it is mandatory that all users change into indoor shoes. Should participants not have indoor shoes, sock feet are permitted. Outdoor shoes are not permitted under any circumstance.

Rental Prioritization

1. Township recreation programs, camps, and special events will receive first priority in scheduling. Once the Township’s seasonal program schedule has been confirmed, all remaining available time will be released for community booking. The Township reserves the right to adjust allocations to ensure balanced access and optimal facility use.
2. Minor Sports & Youth Programs: Recognized local youth and minor sport groups will receive second priority, with consideration given to historical usage and seasonal needs.
3. Community-Based Non-Profit Groups: Local non-profit organizations offering community benefit programs will be given third priority.
4. Adult Groups/Casual Renters, and Commercial Users: The remaining time will be made available to adult leagues, private renters, and commercial users on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Rental prioritization as noted above may be superseded by Township Agreement with other entities such as the Simcoe County District School Board.
