Inspection Booking Information

If you have applied for your building permit in Cloudpermit please log in to Cloudpermit and request your inspection directly in your workspace.

Due to significant numbers​ of inspection requests, next day inspections are not guaranteed.

Staff are working to ensure priority inspections are scheduled accordingly. Should the requested inspection date not be available, staff will be in contact to confirm another date.

AM or PM inspection requests are for Ground Work only;

ie. Footings, Foundation – Prior To Backfill, Septic Base and Tile Bed

• AM inspections from 9am and 12pm
• ​PM inspections from 12pm and 3pm

Every attempt will be made to accommodate requests. Please note that specific time frames are not accommodated due to the large number of inspections.
