Compliance Letters

The fee for this service is $50.00 per building compliance letter and $50.00 per sewage system compliance letter applicable to each property request.  Requests must be made in writing addressed to the Building Division, accompanied by the fee and must contain the full legal description of the property, municipal address, tax roll number and the current owner's name.

All responses will be e-mailed or faxed (where possible) to the applicant upon completion and the original document will be mailed to the address provided.

File Search

When seeking information pertaining to a specific property, such as permit drawings, septic plans, layouts or Use Permits, a File Search Request form must be filled out. A $50.00 non-refundable fee may be applicable. Additional fees may be required for copying.

Please note there is no guarantee the Township has the requested information on file. Also, some requested information may require a Freedom of Information (FOI) search, which is separate from a File Search.
