Line Painting:

Road Signage:

  • Oro-Medonte is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and replacement of road signs throughout the municipality.
  • Regular inspections are conducted to identify damaged or missing signs, and prompt action is taken to address any issues. Retro reflectivity testing is performed annually on sign inventory.
  • The municipality follows established guidelines for sign design, placement, and visibility to ensure effective communication with road users.

Community Signage:

  • Oro-Medonte also manages signage within residential and commercial areas to provide information about local services, amenities, and regulations.
  • Community signage could include directional signs, speed limit signs, and other notices relevant to the local population.

Guiderails:

  • The Township is responsible for the installation and maintenance of guiderails along Township Roads
  • Guiderails are inspected for damage, and repairs or replacements are carried out to meet safety standards.
  • Continual improvements in guiderail design and materials to enhance overall road safety.
