Oro-Medonte Citizen of the Year & Ontario Senior of the Year
Nominate someone who makes a real difference in your community and give them the opportunity to be rewarded and recognized for their important contribution. There are two nomination choices Oro-Medonte Citizen of the Year and Ontario Senior of the Year(must be over 65 years old) or someone can be nominated for both awards.
Do you know someone who is an inspiring role model and that is making a positive impact in the community?
To submit an application you will need to provide details about the nominee's commitment and contribution to the community. How does the nominee demonstrate support and leadership that contributes to the quality of life in the community of Oro-Medonte? It is requested to include a list of the volunteer involvement with various associations or charities.
Applications must be completed as per the date specified on the attached application.
