Assessment Rolls

The assessment roll is produced annually and provides the following information for each property in the municipality:

• Roll number
• Name of the property owner(s)
• Mailing address of the property owner(s)
• Legal description of the property
• Assessed value

The assessment roll is available for viewing at the Township Administration Centre at 148 Line 7 South​, Oro Station, ON.  The Administration Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Property assessment is the responsibility of the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC).  Any questions or concerns regarding the assessed value of your property should be directed to MPAC at 1-866-296-6722.

The MPAC website (www.mpac.ca) is a good place to start when looking for property assessment information in​ Ontario.  Please note that when looking up information on the MPAC site you will need your roll number which is printed on your tax assessment notice and on your tax bill.
