Special Events Information

The Township recognizes that special events have a very positive impact on the community. Events help foster community involvement, improve quality of life, and provide many economic benefits.

Below you will find all of the information needed to host your event. Please refer to the Special Events Manual to ensure you follow the appropriate process depending upon the purpose, size and location of your event. You will be required to submit a Special Events Notification form to Jodi Grubb. Depending on the nature of your event, please ensure the Special Event Notification form has been sent to Jodi Grubb with adequate approval times as additional documentation may be required. Notifications sent with a short amount of notice, may fail to receive their final approval/permit.
