Facility capacity: Upper floor capacity is 115 persons with chairs and standing, 90 persons with tables and chairs or 90 persons with dining events.
Lower floor capacity is 60 persons standing room. Total building occupancy on both levels is 150 persons.

- Kitchen on the lower level for food preparation and serving ONLY

Hall Rates:
- Jarratt Community Hall Daily Rental: $180.00 per day
- Jarratt Community Hall Hourly Rental: $26.00 per 60 minutes
- Cleaning deposit: $250.00 Tax included per day
- Key deposit: $25.00 Tax included per day
