​Pool Fence Permits

The Municipal Law Enforcement Division regulates enclosures around private outdoor swimming pools and issues permits in accordance with the Pool Fence By-law.

As part of the permit process, a zoning certificate must be obtained from the planning division prior to a permit to install a pool.
