The Building Division at the Township of Oro-Medonte is taking a proactive approach to the Corona Virus (COVID-19)
For the protection of residents and staff please review the following two questions;
- Have you or anyone in your household been out of the country or in contact with person(s) who have been out of the country in the last 14 days?
- Have you or anyone in your household been sick in the last 14 days?
If you have responded “ Yes" to any of these questions, your inspection will be conducted at a later date. If the inspection is an emergency please contact us at 705-487-2171 to discuss options.
Booking Information
If you have applied for your building permit in Cloudpermit please log in to Cloudpermit and request your inspection directly in your workspace.
Due to significant numbers of inspection requests, next day inspections are not guaranteed.
Staff are working to ensure priority inspections are scheduled accordingly. Should the requested inspection date not be available, staff will be in contact to confirm another date.
AM or PM inspection requests are for Ground Work only;
ie. Footings, Foundation – Prior To Backfill, Septic Base and Tile Bed
- AM inspections from 9am and 12pm
- PM inspections from 12pm and 3pm
Every attempt will be made to accommodate requests. Please note that specific time frames are not accommodated due to the large number of inspections.
