Huronia Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic:  The Huronia Nurse Practitioner-Led Clinic (NPLC) serves the Townships of Oro-Medonte, Severn, Springwater, and Tay, providing primary health care services and preventative care to patients of all ages.

Nurse Practitioners are nurses who have additional education and licensing that allow them to provide services such as complete physical examinations, ordering of diagnostic tests (i.e. x-rays, ultrasounds, mammograms, blood work), diagnosis of illness or disease, and prescription of necessary medications.

When operating at full capacity the Huronia NPLC will serve the health care needs of more than 3,000 residents who must be registered with the Clinic.  The Clinic is unable to provide care to anyone who is not a resident of one of the Townships noted above or is not a registered patient.

For residents who are without a family physician and wish to register with the Huronia NPLC, please contact Health Care Connect at 1-888-445-1822.  Be sure to have your health card ready when contacting Health Care Connect.
