The Province of Ontario defines agritourism as “those farm-related tourism uses, that promote the enjoyment, education or activities related to the farm operation, including limited accommodation such as a bed and breakfast". Agritourism businesses can include (but are not limited to) on-farm retail, farm tours, accommodations such as bed and breakfasts, or recreation activites such as horseback riding.
