  • Notice of Public Hearing (2017-A-05) Fox
    The owner proposes to construct an addition to a single detached dwelling with a new front porch, back screened porch and two decks, and requests variance to the following Sections of Zoning By-law 97-95:

  • Notice of Public Meeting (2017-ZBA-01) McGill
    Take notice that the Township of Oro-Medonte deemed the following application to amend Zoning By-law No. 97-95, as amended, a “Complete Application” pursuant to the Planning Act on the 17th day of January 17, 2017.

  • Notice of Public Hearing (2017-A-04) Roe
    The applicant is proposing to construct a dwelling and a driveshed (agricultural building) on the subject lands that are located a 1050 Line 11 North. In order to accommodate the proposed locations of the dwelling and driveshed, the applicant is seeking relief to the following section of Zoning By-law 97-95:

  • Notice of Public Hearing (2017-B-07) Colwill
    An application has been submitted requesting consent to sever one (1) residential lot from lands known as 665 Old Barrie Road West. The Applicant’s severance sketch is included in this Notice.


  • Notice of Public Hearing (2017-B-08) Pottage
    An application has been submitted requesting consent to sever one (1) residential lot from lands known as 4719 Mount St. Louis Road. The proposed lot to be created is proposed to be used for residential purposes and specialized agricultural use, such as growing garlic and a maple syrup production. The Applicant’s severance sketch is included in this Notice.


  • Notice of Passing of By-laws 2017-012 and 2017-016
    Take Notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Oro- Medonte passed By-law Nos. 2017-012 and 2017-016 on the 1St day of February, 2017 under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990 c. P. 13.

  • Notice of Hearing (2017-A-02) Skyline
    The applicant is proposing to change the use of an existing building located on the subject lands, from its current use as a sales centre to a proposed banquet room. The subject lands are currently zoned “Future Development Exception 68 (FD*68)” under Zoning By-law No. 97-95, as amended, whereas Exception 68 states “…only uses that existed on the effective date of this By-law are permitted on those lands…” Relief is being requested to amend Exception 68 to permit the proposed banquet room.

  • Notice of Public Hearing (2017-A-01) McCuaig
    The applicant is seeking relief from the following sections of Zoning By-law 97-95 for the proposed future single detached dwelling and accessory uses on the subject lands, which are an existing lot of record:


  • Notice of Public Hearing (2017-B-01 to 2017-B-06) Strik
    Applications have been submitted requesting consent to sever six (6) residential lots from lands known as 2028 Warminster Sideroad. The Applicant's severance sketch is included in this Notice

  • Notice of Complete Application and PM (2016-ZBA-10) Hubbert
    Take notice that the Township of Oro-Medonte deemed the following application to amend Zoning By-law No. 97-95, as amended, a “Complete Application” pursuant to the Planning Act on the 4th day of January, 2017.
