Transportation & Environ. Services

The Transportation & Environmental Services Department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Township's infrastructure.

Transportation Services is responsible for the maintenance of the municipal road system, storm sewers, storm water management ponds and sidewalks. In addition, the Division works in cooperation with the County of Simcoe's Environmental Services Department on waste management and recycling programs. The administration of the Corporation’s fleet of vehicles and equipment is also the responsibility of this section.

Engineering and Environmental Services is responsible for the operation of the water supply and distribution, and wastewater collection systems for the Township's municipal systems, streetlight maintenance, and review and approval of infrastructure for new subdivisions and developments.
